- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I cannot understand why you have ANIMAL CONTROL if the person who is in the department does not touch the animal. I called Bangor PD and was advised of such. Was put on hold and when woman answered from Vehicle Registration / Excise Tax she was super considerate and aplogized for the wait plus answered all my questions without sounding like I was a pain in her butt!!!By Christine M.
