- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Awful and will never ship from this store again. My package was 19 days late due to another UPS in another state shipping it all the way back to the original location, when I called to ask for a credit or refund due this issue, I was told to contact the claims department. From there, I was told multiple times the only way to get a refund is from this original location. The manager Gail did not seem sympathetic towards my situation nor did she bother to escalate to the owner of this location. There was one associate who actually took the time to listen and seemed to care, I don't recall her name but she was very sweet and understanding. The owner hasn't bothered to follow up with me regardless. VERY poor customer service and shady "guarantee policy". I shipped UPS Ground which is supposed to be 5 days ground shipping, I deserve a refund for getting my package 19 days later.By Jasmine Brown, March 03, 2017
