  no stars would be more accurate. I've been waiting for a determination. Now I'm told a determination was made 2 months ago and the case closed; not necessarily a denial. I've been calling Bangor (my local) for days. One day I waited 55 min only to then be disconnected by them. Wed they close at noon, today I'm on my 3rd call, waiting 32minutes on hold so far this time. Had I done my job like they do theirs I'd not have had a job for 25years. They wonder why ppl get rude- i feel like screaming! Doesn't anyone care?

  If I could choose no stars I would. Never had such a rude experiance simply to change my address today with them. Worker was rude and said " I cannot change your address due to a computer glitch today, come back monday." No I said take down my new address stamp the form and chanhe y address when you can. She even called the fat rent a cop security guard to try and intimidate me out of the process. Boo Bangor SSA office. Google Heinemann vs Bowen social security administration are defendants too. Maybe that's why SSA trying to mismanage my case.

  very nastily told, "we are understaffed" - why they are not able to help in a timely manner. And that is my fault? Waiting since May for papers to get forwarded - it's Sept for crying out loud. Poor customer service and a lack of getting things done!
